Return Policy – Netlab (NT Labs AB)
1. Purpose and Objectives
At Netlab, we want you as a customer to feel secure when shopping with us. This return policy clearly and fairly explains how we handle returns, so that both you and we know what applies.
2. Scope
This policy applies to you as a private customer purchasing products via our website www.netlab.nu or directly from us. The policy only applies to physical products – not services, licenses, or digital goods.
3. Conditions for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused.

The packaging must be unopened and in its original condition.

The return must be made within 14 days from the date you received the product.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we have made an error in the delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is used, damaged, or if the packaging is broken.
4. How to Return a Product
Email us at info@netlab.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a return number (RMA) and instructions.
Pack the item properly in its original packaging and preferably include a copy of your order confirmation.

Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 10 business days to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
